Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Downloadable digital products
• Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized items

To initiate a return, contact us at ss9439568@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
